I'm planning on rushing next fall and was wondering how tough it will be for somebody from New England to get a bid from any fraternities. I've heard a lot of incoming freshman from the Auburn area get an edge by going to summer parties that some of the fraternities informally throw. Do I have a chance of getting a bid knowing virtually nobody at Auburn. I'm not your average New Englander either -- I'm a big college football fan and am about as conservative as they come.
