Pi Kapp is the sleeper. They're easily the best on this list but have managed to stay under the radar. Lambda Chi and Sig Ep are good, but nobody expects them to compete with the top 5. ATO is overrated at best and isn't even a top 8 fraternity on anyone's list other than their own. Sigma Pi and Pike are irrelevant.
