Won't argue with the fact that SNu is at the top of their game this year, but wouldn't say they're above the other top tiers. As far as that goes, there's a distinct top 4: Sigma Nu, FIJI, Theta Chi, Beta. Bumped up Theta Chi because they do everything on the same level of the other top tiers, and dropped KA because they mainly don't recruit or have parties like a top house should, among other things. Also, FH should be moved up to upper middle with ATO, KA, and LXA. I know they get a lot of hate, but they actually have a ton of quality guys!
