You also have to have a place to put a house (property bought by the sorority and Nationals do NOT pay for any of this.Alumni donations and lots of raising money events to look forward to. Many groups allow chapters to borrow money and pay it back as a loan with interest) As for the houses,each sorority is also responsible for that cost also. There's a lot more that goes into this than just the fact it would be fun to have a house. Each person would be responsible for the cost for the length of time they are there, whether you live in the house or not. If you live in the house, that is a rental fee to pay on top of the other loan payments.
