I've met some Sigma Chi's who go here that said nationals reached out to them to rebuild earlier but they declined to do so because the work wouldn't really be worth it to them as they are graduating soon. I'm in a fraternity on the old row shirt and we aren't paying to be on it or forced to buy a certain amount.
