I hate how I didn't notice the autocorrect and now i'm stuck with the stupid typo lol. Think about it like this: UC Berkeley and Stanford: Both relatively equal in sports (rivals, Stanford is a bit better), both have smart people, in fact, Berkeley has even more research output than Stanford. But if you ask anyone what will they say is the better school? Stanford, because its more selective. If Tri delt tries to give off that vibe they can be tied for top house with DG but instead they hang out with all the frats including bottom tier, so because of that they are not top like DG is.
