I agree with your observation. I thought the AXO lead from Westside Story should have won best Female Vocalist. Her songs were by far the most difficult to sing....Westside is almost an opera----and she did an excellent job in performing. Pippin was the best, Millie second, and then I feel that Westside should have been third. Hairspray fourth. It was a great show-- and all the performers should be congratulated for the time and effort that they put into the show. I was amazed at how professional it was.
