Nah top house IS about a variety of things such as: having an amazing brotherhood, great guys/pledges, awesome parties, good at sports, noteworthy sorority relations, and exceptional philanthropies. putting on good events frequently is also a good factor. It is NOT about who can drink the most or be the biggest douchebags or who can bang the most amount of chicks. a good indicator of a top house is how the bros interact with each other on a daily basis and how well they know one another. Also how well they set up their parties and if the parties are good is an easy way to tell if a frat is good.
