Tri Delta looks average across the board. And not like Tri Delt average, not like greeklife average, like average looking girls that you could pick up off the street. Seriously did no hot girls come out? And Gphi got an pretty decent PC, but they brought in this extremely unattractive girl, (apparently a legacy) that just ruined it for them. I have to say, even with that, those two chapters still did better than pi phi. Still a bottom tier and don't you forget it.
