Since there are 4th years joining sororities every year, the only thing I think you'd miss out on is formal recruitment "on the other side". Some people don't like the hecticness during fall recruitment but it's definitely an experience. Otherwise, I don't see why you shouldn't do it since you're going to be graduating and it's not like you can join after college.
