There is not such thing as "all-inclusive." That's why it was removed this year. Every chapter has different charges that are included in their dues. In the past all-inclusive meant different things for each chapter and some chapters were less truthful than others. But if you read the booklet the price changes based on whether or not they have monday night dinners, all required apparel included, chapter retreats, or if their member badge is included. :) Hope this helps! If you go through recruitment you can ask each chapter about it. They all also have payment plans.
