How hard is formal recruitment and how exactly does it work? I'm finally sure I want to rush, and I'm scared I'll only get one bid or none at all. I have my eye on a few particular sororities, but I'm open-minded to seeing which ones I click with during rush week. I'm just worried I'll have to settle, and as a second year I don't want to wait until fall 2015 to finally join a sorority.
