If you really connect with the girls of Sigma Kappa, I say go for it. You will be the happiest. Otherwise, I would just rush in fall, becausw its not worth joining a bottom house if you don't feel that true connection. Axo is actually below Pi Phi this year. I think both are still good options if you get along with them since they have potential to rise. Theta, Gphi and Tridelt I heard are doing winter. Those are your best bet. All three chapters are really nice and social. All in all, if you are not truly happy, you are better off waiting till next fall.
