Top tier is Alpha Phi and DG. Tri Delt can be top middle or whatever, but they let in far too many grenades to be top tier. Sorry ladies. Top middle is still good though with theta and gphi. All really attractive chapters. You don't have to start worrying until you get near pi phi or AXO
