i think they have a TON of potential, but climbing tiers takes way more than one pledge class. that's why a phi is still top given their less than stellar pc and why gphi is still middle given their pretty solid pc. i think those two chapters have the most to gain/lose and it'll come down to their achievements this year and rush next year.
