Hey honestly all the chaptersare respectable and have some very charismatic form of brotherhood and they all seem close, I personally rushed phi psi and couldn't be happier, but I wouldn't do winter quarter cause the brotherhood comes with pledgeship too and if your pledge class is small it might be harder, that's my two bits on it.
