I say dg tridelt aphi gphi theta piphi axo and sk. I say this because I think alpha phi has slipped but is still top tier. Tridelt has much harder than alpha phi and deserves that spot. Dg killed it and should stay top for a while. Theta did great. They should either be tied with gphi or honestly gphi be ahead because gphi has worked so hard as well and got much more attractive than theyve ever been these past few years. Piphi axo and sk are chill houses and piphi has for sure improved. Axo slipped but still chill. Sk seems to not care they are bottom and I respect that.
