Top tier: DG and Alpha Aphi are interchangeable. Depends who you talk to, each year it varies. Tri Delt is rising. They did really well. Middle tier: Theta is solid top of the middle tier AXO is middle, but won't be for long. GPhi is doing really well and is rising. They're definitely not a bottom tier house anymore.
