Its not even because I am biased towards my own chapter but Alpha Phi, DG, and Tri-delt all got terrible girls that either didn't meet the grade requirements for other chapter or other chapters didnt like them. I feel like AXO, Gphi, and even Pi Phi had much better pledge classes than the "top tier".. So I honestly think those three are moving up and at least one of the top tier (probably DG) is on its way down. And I honestly didn't notice theta or SK's pledge classes so I can't really speak for them!
