You pretty much described GPhi. Especially with how laid back they are. I'm a sister who had to miss a LOT of stuff last year, and other than me having points deducted, I was never given a hard time about it. I'm very thankful to be in a chapter that let's me do my own thing but still stay involved. I'm sure lots of other chapters are like that as well, but I do know a couple of chapters that have been fined for not attending events and are looked down upon.
