Dress nice, but not too conservative and not too scandalous. I recommend a high waisted skirt and a crop top with sandals for the first day. Smile and look engaged. Compliment the girl if you like their hair or something. Don't make them do all the talking. Really, it should be about 50/50. Don't bring up partying unless they do. Don't put off the impression if you don't party just know we party and no worries. Thank them before you leave and compliment them about how you like their house if you want this house.
