SRATS Aphi - had a below average year but their previous years are still the strongest DG - best formals and GPA, good PCs this year, top house contenders Tridelt - below DG and Aphi but had a solid year and good philos, was suspended Piphi- solid PCs this year but has a high DA rate, strong exec Gphi - picked up a bunch of solid gems last year but also a couple bad ones, overall on the rise AXO - strong sisterhood and threw parties, not much to say still a bottom house but fun Theta - underrated but still at the bottom, has nice girls FRATS Sig Chi - had the best philo and won most of the sports, solid PCs and consistent parties, had a couple scandals at the start of the year but is the clear top house this year Ksig - strongest PCs last year and decent parties, the suspension really set them back close 2nd Sig Pi - had a solid year and competed with sig chi for the majority of events, had a lot of scandals with new members and self rank a lot, but parties are fun and their exec is strong Pike - not much to say they’ve been suspend for awhile but come back next year, has good parties years ago but are very unorganized Phidelt - their year was pretty average but had good party themes, won volleyball and have active members Sig Ep - had a rough start with members leaving and had below average year, but had a great philo and party themes were solid Fiji - great PCs this year and threw parties often although themes sucked, on the rise for sure Phi Psi - irrelevant year for them but cool members Asig - new chapter, showed out to sorority philos, cool members, on the rise Sig Nu - couple small kickbacks but idk if they are even going to be a chapter next year Trinagle - Engineering bros, competing for top house
