Most fraternities rush spring quarter, and you don't particularly have better chances because it's spring... you're looking at it the wrong way. Have a 1-4 fraternities in mind when going into rush, and check frats those out. You won't be able to check out every single fraternity, so prioritize. Have any friends in frats? Start hanging out with them now and see if you like them; if you do, go to their rush events when rush week starts. If you don't have any friends in frats, start making some.
