Honestly going to only 1-2 events in fall is almost always a no bid (for the top 5 frats). That’s why it’s hard to tell you anything without specifics. But based on minor details, it appears as if you didn’t make enough connections. If you went twice and they liked you, they would have reached out to you personally to come out to the invite only event. It doesn’t hurt to rush again. Just go to all the rush events.
