very true That's definitely something to consider. Just not sure if a second frat adds significantly more risk/liability. If the frats can operate responsibly by themselves I don't see why they couldn't in this case. As for the girls, I'd say make it exclusive to Greek and (actually) exclude all GDIs. sorority girls know how to handle themselves, are actually held to standards unlike gdis, and have sisters that will look out for them. This already significantly reduces the risk since randoms won't be attending. Plus it's good for Greek life as it promotes interelations as well as exclusivity. Whatever two frats quit being scared and do this will be progressives and will boost their standings. 3-5k saved is an extra semi formal, brotherhood retreat, AND weeklong exchange in one quarter. Now imagine pitching to PNMs that every quarter you will have: 1 venue, 2 retreats, 3 exchanges, 1 semi formal per quarter. Definitely helps when you know your dollar will get you more.
