If you're talking about actual houses, the parkway circle houses are usually cleaner with decent room and a backyard, TX's is just a huge backyard area with a normal size frat house, Zete has like 3 medium size rooms and a front yard they'll use sometimes, pike is like Zete (maybe a little smaller inside) with a big backyard, and bbq house has a bar room and just 1 giant living room (sometimes they use the basement?). Im getting bored so I won't go further but the rest are all pretty similar to the pike/zeta psi style houses. I won't say which ones are my favorite though
