you have a really low likelihood of getting into a "top house" because it looks kinda bad to not go greek for the 2 previous years :/ also, please keep an open mind when going into rush, bc if you set your heart on a "top house", you're going to subconsciously dislike the "lower" houses. the system always works itself out! you will find where you belong. while it may be nice to enjoy the reputation of a "top house", remember that you are rushing to find a family away from family, NOT to get a reputation. even if you have many friends in a certain house, it's not guaranteed you will get a bid from the house... unless it's chi o LOL and finally one last point-- no offense lol but that phrase "the house you want" makes me laugh. ppl outside of the greek system hardly know how we are
