1. Frats really don't care about grade or if you're a transfer. They more look to see if you're a chill guy who they would want to hang out with. More freshmen and transfers are usually taken because those are the majority of the guys who rush in fall. 2. Frat dues tend to be anywhere from $200-$600 a quarter. Those who rent a chapter house tend to be on the higher end of dues because of a parlor fee (cost you pay if you aren't living in the house). 3. Davis Greek life, for the most part, is laid back and chill. There are some frats that have more of a reputation for douchiness (you can probably already tell from other discussions on here who those are). 4. Frat rankings are volatile at Davis. With chapters trading/gaining/losing houses each year, they often switch suddenly. I recommend you look into a couple different chapters and see where you fit in best
