It is 100% fact that Sigma Nu is moving to Parkway Circle. The house they are taking is cursed. Frats play musical chairs with that house from Sig ep to TKE to Delta Sig and Now to Sigma Nu. It's only a matter of time before sigma nu loses that house too...but it's likely they will stay bc they are good at getting on their knees
