It's just bc Dsig gave out the most bids to freshman last year. Being new with a small house and a small underclass prescence, they gave out bids like a tshirt gun during rush week. A good amount of their freshman all Lived together in the same building as freshman DGs so they grew close and introduced each other to one another.
