The fact that you're going on and on about how much we "badmouth" each other is excruciatingly hypocritical seeing as you're taking time out of your day to hide behind your computer and badmouth us. Apparently you do more than just study and attend office hours if you notice enough of what is going on on this (in my opinion) stupid page that only showcases how a select few misrepresent Greek Life. If you were so "mature" and "grown up" you wouldn't feel the need to publicly bash organizations that you clearly fee are beneath you. Not only does the Greek system encourage collegiates to become their most well-rounded selves (most of us are involved in other clubs, sports teams, etc.), it also benefits the Davis community as well as other nation-wide communities through service and our philanthropies. It is fairly common knowledge that a well-rounded, community service oriented person involved in any organization, including, but not limited to, a Greek one, would be seen as a better applicant on any application than an applicant who spent their time in college solely focused on their academics such as yourself. Finally, the fact that you assume "mommy and daddy" pay for everything is not only ignorant, it's disgusting. Many of us don't rely on our parents and actually work one or two jobs to pay for our schooling and organization. And to assume that all of us have both parents is naive; some of us do not have one, or even both, of our parents in our lives to support us.
