There is one top tier. none of this top tier, upper middle, lower middle, middle middle, 3/4's middle. One top tier. TOP TIER FRATS at Davis ( no particular order): PIKE, SIGMA CHI, DELTA SIG, THETA Xi there are the houses that sororities have the most exchanges with. all of these houses have multiple exchanges with the top 4 every quarter. A house drops into the "middle" tier, when you get only 1 exchange with each of the top 4, and " bottom" tier when you get ZERO with the top 4. that's how rankings work.
