Dudes the rankings on here are all bull. Go through rush and just see which house you like best. Unfortunately the way Greek life is set up houses are divided into tiers. That being said, this website is of no use in determining those tiers because sororitys and frats self rank and bash other houses. When you go through rush you'll be able to tell which houses are cool/top.
