It's hard to do rankings right now because the five frats I would have ranked at the top in the beginning of the year (Theta Xi, D Sig, Pike, SAE and AEPi) all have messed up. Theta Xi has been nonexistent and got horrible pledge classes and the seniors are leaving, D Sig lost their house, Pike is still houseless and has a horrible rep, SAE is gone and AEPi has that lawsuit/went MIA. Then you have the middle tier fraternities of last year making rises this year to potentially be top houses such as Sigma Chi and Sig Ep. TKE has definitely improved probably middle tier now and Sigma Nu hasn't really improved too much since last year and still basically take anyone so they're still middle. And honestly, I don't know how Theta Chi is getting such good/ok reviews here... I wouldn't be caught dead if I was with one/at their house. All the other frats don't matter, Phi Delt has potential in a few years and all the "country" girls will always love AGR.
