I would put Pi Phi and Kappa between your top and middle tiers, as it seems to me like there is too much of a disparity to lump four houses together. Also, I don't think DSig belongs in the top tier for frats. Getting a new house definitely gives them some potential to grow, but they need to consistently get great pledge classes before they can consider themselves top tier. As it is, I'd say they're still recovering from losing their spot at parkway circle several years ago. Other than that, this list is accurate.
