If a sorority does COB every year, they haven’t met their quota because they aren’t as popular. Doesn’t mean they are bad people but they aren’t a sorority. It’s a club you pay for. Not that many sisters are close to each other. Many just want to be the sorority type but they aren’t so they end up here. Chi O, ADPi, and Theta do COB every year. AChiO and Kappa do it sometimes.
