Pretty new to greek life in general, and I'm trying to understand why certain srat houses keep getting such low ranks on these discussion posts. I've never seen any posts explaining why each srat is ranked where they are, which is kinda makes me mad. Everyone has a right to an an opinion, I'm just trying to figure out what's the thought process behind the rank. Why is one house above another? Why are some houses consistently at the bottom? What makes a house low vs mid/high tier?
