Alright, so let me give an insider view from someone who is neither a freshman, nor a GDI. First off I would like to say this is mostly my opinion, but most of my sisters agree with me and I am pretty confident that most of the greek world does as well (at least the sororities). So for this whole "top house" thing... it's pretty subjective, in our house we have the names of 3 or 4 Fraternities floating around as the "top houses" so for the sake of argument I am going to just create a tiered list and place the Fraternities in no specific order.
