My two cents: SigEp, SigNu- pretty similar, large frats, nominally top tier, although I think that really doesn't mean that much at Davis. Nice guys, nobody really hates them. Pike, Theta Xi, Delta Sig- formerly top tier, but now falling fast (some harder than others) SigChi, AEPi- toppish tiers, have their own niches. Probably going to be solid frats for a while Theta Chi, TKE, Phi Delt- on the rise in their own way, some faster than others DChi, Sammys, ChiPhi- lower tier and don't show much sign of movement That being said, what counts as top and lower tier is pretty suggestive, and says more about their frat as a whole rather than their individual people. And of course these "rankings" fluctuate wildly year to year so a year from now this is probably going to be very outdated!
