I love the idea of sisterhood, but I don't want to turn into one of those girls who post about their sorority/glitter/big-littles 24/7 and and can come off as shallow/basic/ditzy a lot of the time (even if they aren't). I have friends from HS who are this way and it really turns me off to rushing. I care about social status to a certain extent(sorry) and don't want to be in a bottom house, although if it happens I will accept it and try to make the most of it. (Also please don't reply telling me not to rush if I only want to be in a top house. A huge part of greek life is the social aspect, and if I'm paying lots of $ I don't want to miss out.) I don't want to be seen as/become who is vapid or an airhead, but I know a lot of times that happens. Are there a good amount of girls who aren't this way?
