It's more like Sigma Chi Kappa Sig/DTD Delta Chi Kappa Sig was/is? inactive so DTD is sort of like their equivalent rn. They haven't been around that long but personally I think the guys are cool and they don't have a house but still throw good house parties. Both are solid options. Dchi is kind of irrelevant rn but hopefully they get better.
