1) Sigma Chi/Delta Tau Delta 2) Kappa Sigma 3) Delta Chi All depends what you want out of it. Sigma Chi and Delta Tau Delta are the most balanced. Kappa Sigma thrives on service hours and Delta Chi has been a no name for a couple years and treats their pledges terribly. I'd recommend you stop by all their rush events and figure out which fraternity fits you! That's what I did when I was rushing sororities!
