ZTA and DG are top 2 and interchangeable. They got there by being hot, fun, and generally easy to sleep with. KD, ADII, AOII, and DDD are the next top houses. They have girls that are just as hot, but are considered lower. Who's better than the other is all up to preference. Theta is on the fence in between the top and middle tier. Diverse house, with fun, chill girls that gets a good amount of top tier fraternity attention. DZ and PiPhi are the most solid middle tier houses. Don't believe any DZ who tells you they're as good as Theta or Tridelt because they're not. DPhiE is okay. The rest suck.
