If you were released from ALL chapters (and I don't mean "released from all chapters you wanted") there are still options. In very, very rare cases, there are "snap bids" that can be given out to get a chapter to meet quota, meaning you'd get a call on Bid Day extending a bid to you at a house where you did not pref. Do not bank on this, but it happens. The better chance is during COB, continuous open bidding. Chapters of all kinds will start having open spots in their new member class as women drop because they can't afford it, decide they don't have time, etc. Panhellenic can provide chapters with a list of interested released PNMs. If a chapter released you during formal recruitment, there's a small chance that if you become friends with other girls in the house that you can get a COB bid. Finally, there's GPhiB! At UF, the last time there was a colony, it was DZ, and you can see they have a great chapter. Colonies especially need great upperclassmen!
