I believe ZBT was cleared of all charges but don't take my word for it. Also they were just renting the house from Sigma Chi, who may or may not come back in the Spring, so it wouldn't be permanent anyways. And I believe if it was vacant, Sigma Kappa was going to rent it and use it. But idk.
