We are actually all so superficial that any type of body injury is unacceptable in our houses. Totally joking. You'll be fine. Like the person above me said, the pi Chis will warn every house, and you may be called last for accommodations. Sometimes our plans are going upstairs when we rush you, but I bet the girl in charge of recruitment will let whoever's rushing you know an alternate route to take you so you can sit and be comfortable and not be standing or going up and down stairs because that's extremely hazardous for you.
