But your normally can't do Panhellenic twice, unless you have a reason: terrible situation that forced a transfer and you're going to die being outside a sorority and can prove it, someone in your first chapter breached your human rights - like tried to kill you, etc. So, the HIGHLY EXTREME circumstances can make it possible. One in a million can do it, so its not impossible. So, no, you who "doesn't like" or "doesn't fit in" at your initiated house cannot rush again. You're stupid enough to get trapped in a house you don't like, you're stupid enough to stay and muddle through the next few years, so you can't be stripped of your "sister" status.
