because Zeta is prettier? They're not nicer (I personally prefer KD) but maybe its further explained that KD has a type, being more traditional, and ZTA's only characteristic is "hot." So more sofla girls and guys. And having the same houses on your calendar doesn't mean there isn't favoritism. Also ZTA's can be wild as they want, KD can't.
