well, many of their members weren't "cool" in high school, as in did more academic stuff as opposed to being three-sport athletes who partied all the time. they still got into uf, so obviously they're good people, just a high concentration of late bloomers still transitioning into their adult selves. definitely worth checking out. also, a past history affects what people think in the future even if it isn't true anymore. very chill. will probs give you a bid if you rush there, so if others don't like you give them a chance.
