I have friends in almost all houses and it seems like the girls with the strongest sisterhood, least drama, and who genuinely like each other are DZ, Pi Phi, Chi O, and KKG (most commonly known as middle tier sororities) Ones with more negativity/drama unfortunately seem to be ZTA, ADPi, AEPhi and Theta. But lots of girls are genuine and have a great sisterhood in these houses too!
